How to enable javascript in your browser

This Web site uses scripting to enhance your browsing experience.

To allow Web sites to run scripts, use the steps that apply to your browser:

Windows Internet Explorer

(all versions except Pocket Internet Explorer) Note To allow scripting on this Web site only, and to leave scripting disabled in the Internet zone, add this Web site to the Trusted sites zone.
  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
  2. Click the Internet zone.
  3. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then do step 4
    If you have to customize your Internet security settings, follow these steps:
    a. Click Custom Level.
    b. In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
  4. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

Google Chrome

  1. Select Preferences, then click Show Advanced Settings... at the bottom
  2. Under Privacy, Click Content Settings...
  3. LocateJavaScript and click 'Allow all sites to run JavaScript', or add haircolorist.com to the exceptions list.
  4. Click Done, close the settings tab, return to the page on this site and click the reload button on the address bar (Or select Reload on the View menu)

Firefox versions up to 23

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click the Go back one page button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button to run scripts.

Firefox versions 23+

  1. In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
  2. In the filter box, type or paste java and pause while the list is filtered.
  3. Double-click javascript.enabled to switch it from true to false (or back to true again).
  4. Close this tab and return to the page on this site, and then click the Reload current page button to run scripts.

Safari versions 3-6

  1. On the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. On the Security tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  3. Click the Previous page button (or select Back from the History menu) to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload current page button on the address bar (or select Reload from the View menu) to run scripts.

Opera Software’s Opera versions 9 and 10

  1. On the Tools menu, click Preferences.
  2. On the Advanced tab, click Content.
  3. Click to select the Enable JavaScript check box, and then click OK.
  4. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Reload button to run scripts.
