Pamela Pacheco
Pamela Pacheco owns her own salon in Rancho Santa Fe, California. She’s been a hairdessser for 24 years, 12 spent specializing in haircolor. Pam has been an educator for Matrix and L’Oreal and a Board Certified Haircolorist for 6 years. Her dedication to perfection becomes very obvious when you attend her class.
When the opportunity arose to become an Evaluator, Pam jumped onboard. Gray hair and the challenges it offers the haircolorist is a subject she relishes.“Coloring a gray-haired client for the first time is one of the greatest challenges there is,” says Pam. “You have to read the client and have a number of techniques available to ease them into haircolor”
